Time Ghost is an artistic photography project by Max McDonough, an Atlanta based photographer. Rooted in practical camera techniques, Time Ghost aims to capture the world in unique and haunting ways, playing with the concepts of time and permanence that reveal the world in images that often can't be seen by human eyes.
In addition to more traditional photographic prints, Time Ghost employs creative printing techniques that mimic the electronic images that have become commonplace with the ubiquity of technology. Whether it's invoking an LCD screen in backlit vellum paper or the illusion of GIF animation through lenticular printing, Time Ghost aims to represent the digital in analogue forms.
